In January 2025, the White House announced the largest AI infrastructure project in history: a $500 billion investment in the future of technology. Everyone in the room was a man.

For women building, researching, funding, and governing AI, that image captured a much larger reality. Women remain vastly underrepresented across AI research, company leadership, and venture capital, even as AI reshapes every industry and institution.

FoundHer Summit was created to change the room: frontier talks, founder pitches, activations, and immersive experiences. From frontier research and AI alignment to the cutting-edge of robotics, energy, healthcare, and more, the Summit is designed to create the defining room for generations of women shaping our future.

Whether you are building a company, conducting frontier research, funding the next generation of AI, or exploring how AI will reshape your industry, FoundHer Summit is designed to put you in the room with the people defining what comes next.

FoundHer Summit is not just another AI conference with a diversity panel added in. It is built from the ground up around women shaping the future of AI across research, startups, venture, infrastructure, robotics, healthcare, energy, alignment, policy, and culture. The Summit combines rigorous technical conversations with founder showcases, investor access, immersive activations, and community-building experiences.

FoundHer House is an all-female builder community focused on breaking AI’s glass ceiling and creating new spaces for female founders. The community has helped bring the conversation around women building in AI to the national stage through coverage in outlets including The New York Times, USA Today, The Atlantic, Apple, and more. We have houses in NYC and SF, and you'll be able to hear about what our residents have been building this summer during their demo day pitches. Applications for our next residency cycle open in January.
